Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an organized E-Commerce Content Coordinator to support apparel product presentations across major retailer websites. You will manage photography and digital assets, ensuring images are accurately displayed to meet brand standards and retailer requirements.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to keep content fresh and aligned with new styles and seasonal assortments, while monitoring sites for issues and coordinating timely fixes.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or digital content coordination in apparel/fashion.
• Experience uploading and organizing product images on retailer websites or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency across digital assets.
• Familiarity with retailer portals and different CMS.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and deadline-follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and digital tools; familiarity with PIM/DAM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product photography and digital assets across retail partner websites.
• Ensure images are properly placed, formatted, and meet retailer requirements and brand standards.
• Review product pages to confirm imagery is accurate and visually appealing.
• Maintain and update digital content as new styles and collections arrive.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to publish assets timely.
• Assist with e-commerce sales by maintaining compelling online presentations across accounts.
• Monitor retailer sites for missing images or content issues and coordinate fixes.
