Job summary

Nutramax Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a User Experience Associate to optimize product presentation across online partners and support sales growth and market share targets.

You will audit titles, descriptions, pricing, and ratings, help implement a new PIM system, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data and secure brand presence across the e-commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• 1-2 years of Marketing experience.
• Strong organizational, execution and proofreading skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit product titles, meta descriptions, pricing, and ratings on SERPs.
• Analyze competitor SERP listings for trends and differentiation.
• Update Nutramax items in systems like Data Sync and Retail Link.
• Support the launch and integration of a new Product Information Management (PIM) system.
• Document SOPs for product enrichment, data governance, and catalog updates.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and collaborate within a team.
