Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an Associate Team Leader (ATL) for E-Commerce to support grocery delivery and pick-up experiences. The ATL will ensure safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and team engagement while onboarding and coaching Team Members and optimizing shift operations to meet order times.

The role requires proactive leadership, incident investigation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and store performance. Competitive hourly wage offered.

Qualifications

• Leads onboarding and training of Team Members.
• Delivers timely coaching for skill development and engagement.
• Coordinates with Team Leader to identify high-potential members.

Responsibilities

• Onboards and trains Team Members on SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Coaches performance through regular one-on-one conversations.
• Lead huddles to communicate priorities and address challenges.
• Maintain a safe environment through hazard identification and documentation.
• Monitor order times and adjust staffing to meet delivery/pick-up targets.
• Audit order accuracy and quality, analyze feedback, and coach as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to improve customer experiences.
