Job summary

TikTok in New York is offering a Talent Acquisition Project Intern (E-Commerce) starting in 2026. You will support hiring managers and recruiters in English and Mandarin regions, helping define candidate profiles and calibrate talent needs.

You'll learn sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and other technical communities, and assist with events and data gathering for market intelligence, while gaining exposure to a fast-paced tech recruitment

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High motivation to learn about recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support hiring managers and recruiters across English and Mandarin regions to define candidate profiles and calibrate talent needs.
Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of technical talent for critical roles.
Learn to identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other communities.
Participate in refining sourcing processes and tools to boost efficiency and candidate quality.
