Huntington National Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to partner with Product Leaders, Business Partners, Architects, Developers, QA engineers, and Operations teams. You will translate business objectives into actionable requirements and ensure solutions meet operational and customer experience goals.
Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design support, agile team participation, testing assistance, and active stakeholder engagement to drive successful technology
The Business Systems Analyst partners with Product Leaders, Business Partners, Architects, Developers, Quality Engineers, and Operations teams to identify business needs, document requirements, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of technology solutions. This role serves as a key liaison between business and technology teams, helping translate business objectives into actionable requirements while ensuring solutions align with operational needs and customer experience goals.
Support initiatives involving technology domains that are specifically identified as strategic areas within the Contact Center portfolio
