Job summary

Goodwill of Central Iowa is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store E-Commerce Associate to help operate our e-commerce store, photograph donated items, write accurate descriptions, and list them for auction on multiple platforms. You will also coach store teams to identify trending items and maximize online revenue.

Responsibilities include inventory tagging, KPI tracking, customer service excellence, and collaboration with the E-Commerce department.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and online auctions is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Identify donated goods suitable for online E-Commerce auctions.
• Photograph items for online listings and write clear descriptions.
• Coordinate with store teams to identify trending items for auctions.
• Inventory tagging and secure transfer between locations.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors.
