Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist (Remote)

We’re seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to start immediately!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Manage the overall operation of the website to ensure a seamless user experience.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and assist with selections.
3. Optimize product listings with descriptions, visuals, and specifications.
4. Build relationships with content creators, influencers, and businesses.
5. Collaborate on developing concepts, layouts, and promotional activities.
6. Set prices based on industry trends and sales strategies.
7. Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers and logistics.
8. Develop and maintain PPC campaigns and social media engagement initiatives.
9. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce, website maintenance, or related fields.
2. Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
3. Knowledge of SEO and best practices.
4. Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
5. Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
6. Strong copywriting and editing skills.
7. Experience with Google Analytics.
8. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
9. Knowledge of CSS media queries.

Technical Requirements:

1. USB headset with noise cancellation.
2. Webcam.
3. Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
4. Internet speed: 25 Mbps or higher; backup: 10 Mbps.

Salary:

• Entry level (1-3 years): Up to $3,700
• Intermediate (3-5 years): Up to $5,100
• Expert (5+ years): Up to $6,300
