Position: E-Commerce Specialist, NA

Location: Portland, OR, United States

1. Handle orders from E-Commerce platform such as Amazon, Digi-key, eBay and RIGOL official online store.

2. Analyze the market and customer needs, prepare sales materials, explore the potential needs of market, establish and maintain good customer relations to complete the sales task.

3. Provide customer support (license installation, firmware update, software installation and customers’ application), provide customers with product consultant and solutions according to customer’s needs.

4. Visit and train customers and attend relevant exhibitions, seminars and other marketing events in north America.

5. Complete other tasks for the e-commerce department.

1. Universities degree on electronic and communication engineering or similar technologies, experience in measurement and control engineering is preferred.

2. At least 2 years’ experience in operating Amazon, Digi-key and eBay and other e-commerce sales platforms. Have knowledge of marketing methods, e.g. Google.

3. Proficient in using office software, ERP or SAP, CRM(Salesforce) system experience is preferred.

4. Proficient in English (written and spoken), Chinese ability is preferred.

5. Be brave in challenge, innovation, responsibility, introspection and breaking away from self-comfort zone.
