Job summary

SC Johnson Professional in Charlotte, NC is seeking an entry- to mid-level eCommerce analyst to support Amazon and other online channels across NA. You will work with Marketing, Supply Chain, and agency partners to drive digital execution, optimize content, pricing, and promotions, and translate performance insights into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Experience with Amazon (Vendor Central / Seller Central) or online marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the eCommerce channel strategy, contributing to sales, profitability, and growth targets.
• Lead and support retail readiness and catalog clean-up with our ecommerce agency partner.
• Lead and support retail media strategy for Amazon.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations for Amazon, including assortment, content, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer marketing to support other ecommerce distributors platforms.
• Analyze Amazon performance KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, availability, and share of search; translate insights into actions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Marketing to ensure product availability and campaign execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital shelf quality and online visibility.
• Contribute to onboarding and development of new ecommerce customers and platforms.
