Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a warehouse sorter to identify valuable items for our e-commerce program. You will work with the listing team to stage quality goods, operate a forklift daily, and strictly follow safety and reporting protocols.

Your role supports the efficient flow of products through sorting and preparation tasks, with emphasis on independence and accuracy in handling diverse donations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Forklift operation required; training provided.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer or mobile device skills helpful for tracking/reporting.
• Knowledge of collectibles, vintage goods, or resale value trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated goods to identify valuable or sellable items for e-commerce.
• Work closely with the listing team to ensure quality items are staged appropriately.
• Operate a forklift daily and follow safety and reporting protocols.
• Support the efficient flow of products through the sorting process.
