Placements24 is assisting in finding a creative and organized E-commerce Social Media Coordinator to support online sales initiatives from the Paarl area. You will help create and schedule social content, engage with the online community, and help execute campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications

• Some experience or a strong interest in social media marketing and content creation.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content (posts, stories, reels) for various social media platforms relevant to e-commerce.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
• Help research and identify trending topics, relevant hashtags, and influencer opportunities.
• Support the execution of social media campaigns and promotions aimed at driving e-commerce sales.
• Track basic social media metrics and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and contribute fresh ideas for content.
