Job summary

StartupNWA is seeking an E-commerce Shipping Clerk in Rogers, AR for a part-time position. The role focuses on packing and shipping orders, inventory checks, shelving and merchandising, and coordinating with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Ideal candidates have 7–11 months of related experience, high school education, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with basic computer tasks and inventory management is desired.

Qualifications

• High School required.
• 7 to 11 months related experience and/or training.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate a hand truck or pallet jack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Packing and shipping: package and prepare all orders for shipment. Generate packaging labels and postage, check orders for accuracy.
• Inventory: verify addresses, create and fold Pack Sheets, maintain accurate electronic inventory and pull orders.
• Materials Handling: shelve listed carts, pull sold merchandise, check accuracy, ship via preferred vendor, keep shelves organized.
• Assist customer service representative, list merchandise, maintain clean and stocked work area.
• Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating professionally daily.
• Perform other related duties as required.
