The KASA US Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team serves as the primary e-commerce engine and cross-functional hub for KitchenAid small appliances, owning the end-to-end consumer journey across KitchenAid.com and leading digital marketplace partners. Beyond driving rapid top-line growth, KASA D2C operates as the company's strategic innovation catalyst and financial anchor—spearheading global initiatives in AI-driven shopping, modern MarTech, and predictive customer journeys. In this role, you deliver complete P&L performance—driving top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profit expansion. You own our monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales outlooks, ensuring our commercial strategy delivers on those targets while closing any gaps to profit plan. You are responsible for defining the commercial roadmap, steering demand generation and capture strategies, optimizing D2C cost structures, and bringing unique site value propositions to life that differentiate our brand channel from retail partners. Success in this role requires a willingness to challenge the status quo, find bold new ways to differentiate our direct channel, and apply the operational rigor needed to transform how we work. This includes driving efficiency, leveraging AI and automation, and streamlining go-to-market (GTM) operations. You will influence through strong collaboration and thought leadership across matrixed organizational teams, working closely with a Sr. Analyst, Project Manager, and key partners like Business Intelligence, Operations, CRM and Performance Media to unlock data-driven opportunities and scale the business efficiently.
