Job summary

Grand Appliance and TV is seeking a motivated E-Commerce / Online Sales Associate to grow our digital presence and support online customers during their shopping experience.

This full-time remote role focuses on delivering top-notch virtual support, processing orders, and driving online sales across the Pacific, Mountain, and Central time zones. Weekend, evenings, and some holidays required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using e-commerce platforms, CRMs, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for helping customers and delivering a best-in-class online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with product recommendations, availability, promotions, and order status.
• Process and manage online orders through our e-commerce platform.
• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, service, in-store sales teams) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all online sales and customer interactions.
• Monitor website for product accuracy, pricing updates, and inventory.
• Suggest improvements to online sales processes and customer experience.

We’re currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused E-Commerce / Online Sales Associate to help us grow our digital presence and support our online customers throughout their shopping experience and who are passionate about providing top-notch virtual support and driving online sales in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We are primarily seeking candidates who reside in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones. The scheduled hours for this position will be based primarily on the time zone a chosen candidate resides in. This is a full-time, remote position that works 5 days per week, with weekends, evenings, and some holidays as a requirement.

The compensation and salary for this position consists of both a base pay and commission and other bonuses. The base compensation is $41,600, with consideration for local ware requirements, and total compensation for this position typically ranges between $75,000 - $150,000 per year, based on sales performance. This position is benefits eligible, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and PTO.
