Job summary

Grand Appliance and TV seeks an E-Commerce / Online Sales Associate to grow our digital presence and support online customers. The role is remote in US time zones, with hours aligned to Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones.

It is a full-time position with weekends, evenings, and some holidays expected. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, guiding product recommendations, managing orders, and coordinating with logistics and sales teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and a top-notch

Responsibilities

• Respond to online customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers with product recommendations, availability, promotions, and order status

• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, service, in-store sales teams) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all online sales and customer interactions
• Monitor website for product accuracy, pricing updates, and inventory

We’re currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused E-Commerce / Online Sales Associate to help us grow our digital presence and support our online customers throughout their shopping experience and who are passionate about providing top-notch virtual support and driving online sales in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We are primarily seeking candidates who reside in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones. The scheduled hours for this position will be based primarily on the time zone a chosen candidate resides in. This is a full-time, remote position that works 5 days per week, with weekends, evenings, and some holidays as a requirement.

The compensation and salary for this position consists of both a base pay and commission and other bonuses. The base compensation is $41,600, with consideration for local ware requirements, and total compensation for this position typically ranges between $75,000 - $150,000 per year, based on sales performance. This position is benefits eligible, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and PTO.
