Job summary

Scento ищет ведущего менеджера продукта для полного контроля заказа пользователя на сайте и в личном кабинете. Вы будете переводить данные и исследование клиентов в дорожку роста конверсии и среднего чека, работать над личной настройкой поиска и персонализацией.

Qualifications

• Минимум 6 лет опыта в управлении продуктом, в электронной коммерции или на маркетплейсах.

Responsibilities

• Ответственность за end-to-end опыт покупок на Scento.com: поиск, страницы продукта, корзина, оформление, личный кабинет.
• Перевод данных и исследований клиентов в ясную дорожную карту, нацеленную на рост конверсии и среднего чека.
• Планирование и оценка A/B-тестов совместно с Growth и Data, внедрение полученных гипотез.
• Разработка и внедрение способов оплаты (карты, кошельки, Klarna, PayPal) для рынков Европы.

Scento is growing quickly: monthly decant sales on Scento.com in September 2026 were 3.2 times those of January 2026. This growth happens in the shop itself, and that is exactly where you come in. As Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for the entire shopping experience, from discovery and product pages to the cart, custom checkout, and customer account. Success means more visitors find their scent, buy with confidence, and come back.

You are responsible for Scento.com’s end-to-end shopping experience: discovery, product pages, cart, checkout, and customer account. You translate data and customer research into a clear roadmap that measurably increases conversion and average order value. You plan and evaluate A/B tests together with Growth and Data and immediately turn the results into new hypotheses. You develop payment methods, including cards, wallets, Klarna, and PayPal, so customers in every market can pay the way they are used to. You improve search and personalization so customers can quickly find the right scent among more than 1,000 original perfumes. You deliver closely with Engineering and consistently prioritize based on revenue impact. You bring knowledge of the specifics of e-commerce in Europe: languages, currencies, markets, and local payment habits.
