Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned post-production professional for high-volume e-commerce campaigns in Seattle. You will direct a post-production team, ensure brand-aligned edits, and partner with the Sr. Art Director to apply segmentation insights to creative work.

The role emphasizes fast-paced delivery, strong communication, and staying ahead of fashion and retail trends to optimize online sales performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years experience; high-volume e-commerce experience preferred.
Clear and effective communication; strong interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Choose final selects and direct post-production team for e-commerce sell shots that drive sales online.
Partner with Sr. Art Director to apply customer segmentation and brand aesthetics in editing.
Assist Sr. Art Director in document creation and pulling creative swipe for special projects.
Communicate and collaborate with peers and leaders from all divisions to align with priorities and creative direction.
Ensure timelines are managed effectively and executed consistently.
Stay current on design/fashion industry, global and consumer trends, and retail trends.
Adhere to budgets by maximizing workflow efficiencies.
Contribute to a positive work environment and team morale.
