Job summary

Mills Automotive Group in Willmar, MN is seeking an E-Commerce Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. You will pick parts from inventory, securely pack items for shipment, label packages, and prepare them for delivery to our e-commerce partners.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training is provided, with benefits supporting health and financial well-being.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Experience with small parcel or LTL shipping.
• Prior experience with major E-Commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking parts from inventory and packing for shipment.
• Labeling packages with shipping information and preparing for shipment.
• Inspecting products for damage/defects and ensuring quality before shipping.
• Keeping the E-Commerce area clean, organized, and safe for team members.
• Handling written correspondence when required and ensuring high service levels.
• Handling returns and restocking them into inventory.
• Using barcode scanners and other systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Managing orders and maintaining accurate inventory counts.
