Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in retail; management experience a plus.
• Strong competency in creating engaging training content and learning tools, including digital/e-learning content.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement training programs that drive tangible results.
• Ability to analyze customer-related data and draw conclusions leading to improvement recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• English proficiency required; Russian language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platform.
• Monitor product listings for accurate descriptions, images, and prices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and customer service.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Develop forecasts to manage product availability with merchandising and buyers.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and customer service teams to drive e-commerce growth.
• Lead and manage a team of e-commerce associates.
• Provide training and support to team members on new tools, technologies, and processes.
• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience across devices.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews and take action to improve satisfaction.
• Analyze e-commerce metrics and generate regular performance reports.
• Continuously improve e-commerce processes to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify and implement new tools and systems to streamline operations.
• Help manage the e-commerce operations budget and meet financial targets.
