Goodwill Southeast Georgia is hiring a Retail Associate to support store operations and assist customers with purchases and donations. You will ring up sales, stock merchandise, and maintain an organized sales floor while delivering friendly, helpful service.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED (or relevant experience), the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and flexibility to work in evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience operating a cash register and handling sales transactions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and sales floor.
• Handle cashiering duties including payments and refunds.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe environment.
