Job summary

Smart Caregiver is seeking a versatile Multimedia Production Artist to join our in-house creative team in Petaluma, CA. This hands-on role transforms creative direction into polished e-commerce, print, photography, video and social content with minimal supervision.

You will build Amazon listings, extend designs across formats, and ensure exact product fidelity through advanced Photoshop retouching and compositing. On-site presence five days a week is required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in production design, graphic design or multimedia.
• Advanced Photoshop for retouching and product compositing.
• Proficient in Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience delivering print-ready and digital files.
• On-site in Petaluma, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Produce Amazon listing images, A+ content and other e-commerce creative.
• Extend established designs across products, formats, sizes and channels.
• Retouch and composite product and lifestyle imagery.
• Generate and refine AI-assisted imagery with exact product fidelity.
• Create and update packaging, labels, instructions and sell sheets.
• Prepare organized, production-ready files for print, digital publishing, vendors.
• Adapt photography and video into social posts and formats.
• Apply brand standards and improve workflows and templates.
• Proofread, preflight and quality-check deliverables.
• Maintain organized working files and versions.
• Shoot and edit product demonstrations and short-form videos (nice to have).
