About This Role
As the E‑Commerce Merchandiser II – Supplements & Apparel you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of REP’s nutrition and apparel online product experiences. You will lead new product introductions, flavor, color, and SKU expansions, seasonal apparel drops, and complex multi‑brand projects, driving timelines, coordinating cross‑functional partners, and ensuring every touch point meets brand, regulatory, and performance expectations across both categories.
Essential Functions
- Strategic development and optimization of product content on puristnutrition.com, repfitness.com, and partner sites, including product pages, education and lifestyle content, supplement facts panels, fit guides, size charts, and ingredient stories.
- Strengthen collaboration with cross‑functional partners across Purist® and Apparel brand teams, product development, supply chain, customer support, and marketing to scale content, launch, and merchandising strategies.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on product lines and emerging trends in sports nutrition and performance apparel.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze e‑commerce data (conversion, AOV, Subscribe & Save adoption, repeat purchase rate, sell‑through, size curve, return rate, LTV, SKU performance) and provide actionable insights.
- Contribute to strategic planning for product launches, seasonal merchandising, Subscribe & Save growth, and integrated marketing campaigns, aligning with business goals.
- Lead web development projects for puristnutrition.com and repfitness.com, overseeing implementation of new features, integrations, and storefront enhancements.

- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with ability to extract trends from large data sets.
- Experience collaborating with creative, product development, and supply teams.
- Solid understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape in sports nutrition and performance apparel.
- Knowledge of key performance indicators such as conversion rate, AOV, Subscribe & Save adoption, repeat purchase rate, sell‑through, size curve, return rate, and LTV.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Physical Requirements
The role requires frequent sitting, use of hands to operate a computer and mouse, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds with rare lifting of up to 100 pounds assisted. Vision requirements include close and distance vision.
