Job summary

AZAZIE, a leading DTC bridal brand, seeks a Marketing Specialist to improve the digital shopping experience. You will identify friction across the customer journey, analyze data, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver website and marketing improvements.

The ideal candidate combines customer insights, analytics, competitive research, and hands‑on execution, with experience using AI tools to enhance marketing, content, or workflows. Local in‑person schedule required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of digital marketing, e‑commerce, or customer experience experience.
  • Experience with GA4, Shopify, Looker Studio, Optimizely or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to turn customer and performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in fashion, retail, bridal, or consumer e‑commerce is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM, personalization, or customer support is preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience using generative AI or automation tools is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Overview:


We are looking for a highly customer-focused Marketing Specialist, UX Experienceto help improve Azazie’s digital shopping experience and business performance. This role will identify friction throughout the customer journey, develop data-informed recommendations, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver website and marketing improvements.

We are only recruiting local candidates at this time to accommodate an in person schedule.


The employee will come into San Jose location 4 times a week.


The ideal candidate is comfortable combining customer insights, digital analytics, competitive research, and hands-on execution. Experience using AI tools to improve marketing, analysis, content, or operational workflows is a strong plus.
