Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee mainline processing, photography, and item lister training at our Miami Gardens facility. You will monitor items accepted and rejected from multiple locations using carts and totes, ensure quality widget listings are posted, and review photography for quality.

Additionally, you will analyze daily postings for each lister, manage customer service tickets, supervise listers and photographers to meet 100–120 listings

Responsibilities

• Monitor items accepted and rejected from multiple locations using carts and totes.
• Ensure quality widget listings are posted.
• Review photography for quality and take corrective action as needed.
• Analyze daily postings for each lister and take real-time corrective action.
• Oversee customer service tickets and ensure responses meet standards.
• Supervise listers to maintain 100–120 listings per lister daily.
• Supervise photographers to maintain 100–120 listings per photographer daily.
• Monitor processed items to ensure 300–400 items per processor daily
• All other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for items accepted and rejected from various locations using equipment such as carts and totes. Some lifting will be required
• Ensure quality listings of widgets are accepted and posted
• Review the photography photos listed and take any corrective action to ensure quality photography
• Analyze daily listed postings for each lister and take any corrective action in real time.
• Oversee Customer Service Tickets and ensure all employees are answering in an acceptable manner
• Supervise all item listers, ensuring a minimum of 100-120 listing items per lister daily
• Supervise all photographers to ensure a minimum of 100-120 listing items per photographer daily
• Look after items processed, ensuring a minimum of 300-4 applications  processed items per processor
• All other duties as assigned.
