North 40 Outfitters is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our end-to-end online business, ensuring the digital storefront reflects our lifestyle brand and service-first culture.

You will own traffic, conversion, merchandising strategy, analytics, and omnichannel initiatives, collaborating with merchandising, marketing, IT, and operations to drive revenue growth and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth and user experience.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day website performance, usability, and conversion across desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with marketing on digital acquisition, retention, and omni-channel initiatives.
• Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve site performance.
• Coordinate with IT and operations for site updates and technical enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth, conversion, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Support seasonal and promotional planning aligned with farm & ranch retail cycles.
• Oversee day-to-day website performance, usability, and customer experience across desktop and mobile.
• Identify and prioritize site enhancements to improve navigation, engagement, and conversion.
• Partner with IT and development teams to manage site updates, enhancements, testing, and optimization initiatives.
