Job summary

Felling Trailers, Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to own and grow the online parts operations for Felling Trailers and Larson Cable Trailers. You will manage listings, pricing, and promotions across platforms, while collaborating with Marketing to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

The role requires attention to detail and experience with managing online stores and product data, with a focus on accurate information and streamlined operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related area preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify a plus) and Google's marketing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple platforms at once.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Regularly add and update parts and pricing as needed.
• Review incoming orders daily and enhance product page details to optimize user experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to set up and monitor promotions.
