Job summary

Kauai Coffee is seeking an E-Comm Warehouse Worker (Part-Time & Seasonal) in Kalaheo, HI. You will pick, pack, and ship ecommerce orders, maintain coffee inventory, and support quality checks and timely fulfillment.

The role offers part-time hours, with seasonal peak adjustments and opportunities to learn warehouse systems and safety practices. This position emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork, with potential for additional duties during events.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics is helpful.
• Familiarity with warehouse fulfillment systems (e.g., ShipHero) is helpful.
• Forklift certification is a plus and required within 90 days of hire with training provided.
• Basic computer literacy to use scanners/tablets/warehouse software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use warehouse management systems to monitor daily order loads and process orders.
• Pick, pack, and ship Ecommerce coffee orders with accuracy and care.
• Ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Scan barcodes accurately during picking/packing and reflect premium quality in packaging.
• Assist with receiving, restocking, inventories, and labeling as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, and unload/load containers safely.
