Job summary

Kroger in Flowood, MS is seeking an part-time Online Order Fulfillment Associate. You will select and prepare online orders with attention to freshness, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup. Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Experience in production oriented or warehouse environments or as a cashier.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customers’ orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Initiate and complete selection process for online orders.
• Read and follow directions in note sections.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Communicate with customers via portable phone; respond professionally.
• Load orders into customers' cars and process through the POS system.
