Job summary

Wayne Tile Co Inc in New Jersey is seeking an organized E-Commerce Logistics & Order Fulfillment specialist to support our growing online channels across Wayfair, Tilefy, Lowes, Wayne Tile, and Maline. You will oversee daily sample shipments (100+ per day), coordinate LTL freight for large orders, maintain packing standards, and ensure smooth cross-brand fulfillment and brand consistency.

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to improve shipping

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or e-commerce operations is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sample shipments (100+ per day) across platforms (Wayfair, Tilefy, Lowes, Wayne Tile, Maline).
• Coordinate LTL freight for larger orders and communicate with carriers.
• Develop and enforce packing standards to meet carrier and brand expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels of samples and packaging supplies across platforms.
• Manage procurement of shipping and packaging supplies, prioritizing internal vendors.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Track shipping metrics and recommend improvements to efficiency and customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
