Job summary

The Kroger family of companies is seeking an e-Commerce Order Selector in Eagle River, AK to assemble online orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars upon pickup. A positive, customer-focused experience helps drive repeat visits.

You will follow food-safety procedures, maintain clean staging areas, and adapt to new processes. Applicants should be prepared to work part-time, meet productivity standards, and communicate clearly about substitutions or exceptions.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Read shelf tags accurately and quickly.
• Basic math skills for counting and totaling.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Receive and assemble online orders; process coupons and payment.
• Load orders into customers' cars and maintain orderly staging areas.
• Follow substitutions procedures for out-of-stock items.
• Operate the POS system and ensure order accuracy.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions clearly at pickup.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members and meet productivity standards.
• Maintain honesty, integrity, and professional interaction with customers.
