Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping and accuracy.
• Adhere to laws, safety procedures, and store guidelines.
• Receive and assemble online orders; store items in correct zones.
• Initiate and complete selection of online orders.
• Read and follow section notes for orders.
• Ensure quality and freshness of items selected.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Load orders into customers' cars and complete POS processing.
• Follow bagging standards and maintain organized staging areas.
• Report discrepancies to e-Commerce supervisor.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet/exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in fast-paced environments.
• Handle conflicts professionally and with integrity.
