Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must graduate Aug 2027, Dec 2027, or May 2028.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail, or CPG.
• Experience with data visualization, analytics tools, or digital platforms preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of e-commerce strategies across online retail and marketplace partners.
• Support product content management (descriptions, images, specs, digital shelf audits).
• Analyze online sales, traffic, and assortment data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor product availability, pricing, ratings, reviews, and competitor activity online.
• Develop reports and presentations summarizing key business insights and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Brand, Category, and Analytics teams on initiatives.
• Assist with promotional planning and digital merchandising activities.
• Participate in consumer and market research projects to support growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve online consumer experiences and conversion rates.
• Complete special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
