Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
  2. Ensure team members adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
  3. Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
  4. Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
  5. Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
  6. Assist with scheduling to meet operational and staff needs.
  7. Maintain the intake of customer orders and assign work to selectors and customer attendants.
  8. Print and distribute order labels, including for perishable departments.
  9. Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
  10. Maintain supplies needed for duties and keep staging areas organized and clean.
  11. Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, item location, and temperature to the e-Commerce manager.
  12. Perform opening and closing procedures.
  13. Implement process improvements as directed by the division or enterprise e-Commerce team.
  14. Provide feedback on team members' performance and participate in reviews.
  15. Work cooperatively in high-paced and stressful environments.
  16. Manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner.
  17. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  18. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
  19. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  20. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision

Desired:

  • Experience in production or warehouse environments, stocking, or cashier roles
