Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
  2. Ensure team members adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
  3. Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
  4. Train team members in their roles.
  5. Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
  6. Assist with scheduling and maintaining order intake and work distribution.
  7. Manage order labels and troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment.
  8. Maintain supplies, organization, and cleanliness of work areas.
  9. Report discrepancies and perform opening/closing procedures.
  10. Implement process improvements and provide performance feedback.
  11. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts appropriately.
  12. Act with honesty and integrity, following directions and seeking assistance when needed.
  13. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  14. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Ability to read shelf tags.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Desired:

  • Experience in production, warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles.
