Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
  2. Ensure team members adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
  3. Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
  4. Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
  5. Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
  6. Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
  7. Maintain the intake of customer orders and distribute and assign work.
  8. Print and distribute order labels, including for perishable departments.
  9. Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
  10. Maintain supplies needed for duties.
  11. Keep staging areas and equipment organized and clean.
  12. Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, item locations, and temperature types.
  13. Perform opening and closing procedures.
  14. Implement process improvements as directed.
  15. Provide feedback on team members’ performance.
  16. Work cooperatively in high-paced, stressful environments.
  17. Manage conflicts in a nonconfrontational manner.
  18. Act with honesty and integrity regarding information.
  19. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
  20. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  21. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
Qualifications
Minimum
  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Ability to read shelf tags.
  • Basic knowledge of computers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision.
Desired
  • Experience in production or warehouse environments, stocking, or cashier roles.
