e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD (Finance)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Ability to read shelf tags
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Self-directed with the ability to execute projects independently

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier roles
  • Ability to meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
  • Ensure team compliance with laws, food safety, and company policies
  • Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
  • Train team members in their roles
  • Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
  • Assist with scheduling to meet operational and staff needs
  • Manage customer order intake and assign work to team members
  • Print and distribute order labels, including for perishables
  • Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
  • Maintain supplies and cleanliness of work areas
  • Report discrepancies and issues to the store e-Commerce manager
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Implement process improvements as directed
  • Provide feedback on team performance and participate in reviews
  • Work effectively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
  • Manage conflicts cooperatively and professionally
  • Maintain honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
  • Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
