Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory experience
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Self-directed with the ability to execute projects independently
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in a production or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier roles
- Ability to meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- Ensure team compliance with laws, food safety, and company policies
- Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
- Train team members in their roles
- Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
- Assist with scheduling to meet operational and staff needs
- Manage customer order intake and assign work to team members
- Print and distribute order labels, including for perishables
- Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
- Maintain supplies and cleanliness of work areas
- Report discrepancies and issues to the store e-Commerce manager
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Implement process improvements as directed
- Provide feedback on team performance and participate in reviews
- Work effectively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Manage conflicts cooperatively and professionally
- Maintain honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
- Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
