Kroger in Brownstown Charter Township, MI is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor to help manage daily operations of the e-Commerce department. You will support the Store e-Commerce Manager and ensure order accuracy, customer satisfaction and compliance with laws.

Responsibilities include training selectors and customer attendants, scheduling, processing orders, printing labels, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining staging areas.

Qualificações

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department.
• Meet customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates' needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute and assign work to selectors and customer attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including orders for perishable departments.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and materials.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies to the store e-Commerce manager.
• Open and close procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements as directed by division or enterprise e-Commerce team.
• Provide feedback on team members' daily performance and annual reviews.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a constructive manner.
• Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
