Job description

About the Role

Mure + Grand is looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our growing digital team.

Working closely with our E-commerce Manager, this role will help manage the day-to-day operation of our online store and ensure that our website is always fresh, accurate, visually engaging, and ready to drive sales.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves fashion, retail, NYC, and the fast pace of e-commerce. You will play an important part in bringing new products and collections to life online—from uploading products and creating collections to updating the homepage, supporting launches, responding to customers, and making sure every detail of the customer experience is right.

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, proactive, creative, tech-savvy, and obsessed with details. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you should be excited to learn, move quickly, and take ownership of your work.

What You'll Do
E-commerce & Website Management
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of the Mure + Grand e-commerce website.
  • Create and update product listings, including product names, descriptions, pricing, images, tags, collections, and inventory information.
  • Ensure all products are presented accurately, consistently, and in line with Mure + Grand brand standards.
  • Build and maintain product collections and website categories.
  • Update homepage content, banners, featured products, promotional messaging, and seasonal content.
  • Help maintain website navigation, menus, filters, and merchandising.
  • Conduct regular website checks to identify missing information, broken links, incorrect pricing, out-of-stock products, or other issues.
  • Perform website QA before and after product launches, promotions, and major updates.
Product Launches
  • Support the E-commerce Manager in launching new products and collections online.
  • Coordinate all digital assets and information needed for a successful launch.
  • Ensure products are live, correctly categorized, properly merchandised, and available for purchase at launch.
  • Help prepare homepage features, collection pages, promotional graphics, and other website content for new launches.
  • Maintain launch calendars and communicate upcoming launches with the appropriate teams.
  • Work closely with the product, design, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure products are ready for online sale.
  • Help create an engaging and shoppable online experience that reflects the Mure + Grand brand.
  • Assist with organizing products based on seasonality, trends, sales performance, inventory levels, and upcoming campaigns.
  • Help identify products that should be featured or promoted online.
  • Refresh collections and website merchandising regularly so the site feels new and relevant.
  • Support cross-selling and upselling opportunities through related products, bundles, and curated collections.
  • Monitor best sellers, new arrivals, slow movers, and inventory availability to support merchandising decisions.
Content & Creative Support
  • Help maintain high-quality product photography and website imagery.
  • Organize and upload product images and digital assets.
  • Assist with basic graphic and website content updates as needed.
  • Ensure product content is consistent in tone, formatting, photography, and presentation.
  • Help develop creative website moments around holidays, NYC events, seasonal launches, and promotional campaigns.
Ecommerce Operations
  • Work closely with the E-commerce Manager to ensure online inventory and product information remain accurate.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and retail teams regarding new products, inventory availability, and product launches.
  • Help identify discrepancies between physical inventory and online inventory.
  • Assist with troubleshooting website and e-commerce issues.
  • Communicate website issues quickly and clearly to the E-commerce Manager and outside developers or vendors when necessary.
  • Maintain organized e-commerce calendars, product information, and digital assets.
  • Monitor and respond to e-commerce customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding products, sizing, availability, orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, and other website-related inquiries.
  • Help resolve customer issues and elevate more complex situations to the Ecommerce Manager when appropriate.
  • Monitor incoming online orders and assist with the daily fulfillment and shipping process.
  • Pick, pack, label, and ship e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled within established shipping timelines and meet Mure + Grand presentation standards.
  • Monitor order status and assist with resolving shipping delays, address issues, missing packages, and other fulfillment concerns.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping carriers as needed.
  • Help process returns and exchanges and ensure inventory is updated accordingly.
  • Identify recurring customer questions or fulfillment issues and communicate opportunities for improvement to the E-commerce Manager.
Reporting & Growth
  • Assist with weekly e-commerce reporting and analysis.
  • Track online sales, product performance, conversion, average order value, and other key e-commerce metrics.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve product performance and online sales.
  • Monitor which products, collections, and campaigns are performing well.
  • Use e-commerce data to help make recommendations about website merchandising and product placement.

  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with product information, website content, or digital assets preferred.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce and online retail metrics preferred.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Experience with email marketing, SMS, SEO, or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are a plus.
