Southern Oregon Goodwill is seeking an E-Commerce Clerk to drive online sales and oversee daily store operations. You will scan items, prepare shipments, and manage online listings to support our mission of turning donations into jobs.

Qualifications

Experience in shipping/receiving, inventory control and online customer service is highly desirable.
Two years progressively relevant work experience is expected.
Knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment.
English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation; basic math.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and drive online sales.
Scan item codes using scanner equipment and prepare items for shipping.
Research, prepare, and list donated items on online sales sites.
Pack and ship items; prepare packing slips and shipping labels.
