e-COMMERCE/CLERK (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Minimum qualifications:

• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in a production or warehouse environment, stocking, or as a cashier
• Ability to meet customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
• Adherence to food safety laws and company policies
• Ability to receive and store customer orders correctly, maintaining proper temperature zones
• Initiate and complete order selection efficiently
• Follow instructions and ensure order accuracy
• Communicate with customers professionally via portable phone
• Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Process transactions through POS system
• Handle substitutions and out-of-stock issues appropriately
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required
• Learn and adapt to new processes
