Job summary

A food processing company in Paramount, California, is seeking a bilingual Korean/English candidate to assist with e-commerce functions, including monitoring inventory levels and managing product listings on Amazon. Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Assist with monitoring FBA inventory levels across active ASINs
• Support replenishment planning and track inbound shipment status
• Flag restock urgencies to the E-Commerce Manager
• Support FBM order fulfillment coordination with the warehouse team
• Help ensure packaging, labeling, and fulfillment prep meets Amazon compliance standards

Listing Management

• Assist with updating product listings on Amazon Seller Central (titles, bullet points, images, keywords)
• Monitor listing health and flag issues such as suppressed listings or pricing alerts
• Monitor customer reviews and Q&A
• Help draft timely, professional responses and elevate product issues as needed

Reporting & Market Monitoring

• Pull weekly performance data from Seller Central and maintain tracking spreadsheets
• Monitor competitor pricing and product trends on Amazon and adjacent platforms

Platform Expansion

• Support new channel launches including TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, and Faire as the team grows

What We're Looking For

Required

• Bilingual Korean/English — Korean language skills required to communicate effectively with Korean‑speaking suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders; basic English reading and writing for documentation and platform navigation
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
• Ability to meet committed deadlines with minimal supervision

Preferred

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce tools (Helium 10, etc.)
• Interest in Korean food, consumer goods, or the CPG industry
