Start Date: Immediate

A Los Angeles-based band is looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team and help drive upcoming product launches and inventory initiatives on our DTC storefront. This role combines online store management with occasional hands-on support in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Shopify, handling inventory, supporting customer service, and assisting with promotional planning.

Responsibilities

Build and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, variants), set up pricing, and prepare collections for launch or promotion.
Test site functionality, schedule product drops, and ensure product pages are accurate and polished before release.
Assist in creating, testing, and applying discount codes and promotional pricing while ensuring accuracy across the site.
Triage incoming customer inquiries, provide timely responses or route to the right team member, and help ensure a consistent customer experience.
Sort through archived merchandise and propose creative ideas for resale (includes moving boxes, physically counting inventory, preparing for shipping, etc.)
Miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

Proven Shopify experience (product creation, inventory management, theme navigation)
Ability to lift and move boxes safely
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow brand guidelines and meet deadlines
Creative thinking for repurposing and merchandising archived products
Understanding of Ecommerce workflows and product drops
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Canva and/or Photoshop for product image support
Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify apps for preorders, bundling, upsells or scheduling
Bonus: Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
