Loro Piana North America is seeking an E-Commerce Intern to support the online business growth, collaborating with Merchandising and Operations teams to create critical reports, manage the Activation Calendar, and assist with inventory and returns for the US and Canada sites.

This internship provides exposure to a global luxury e-commerce operation, offering hands-on experience in merchandising, analytics, and site updates while contributing to ongoing projects and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Interest in e-commerce and luxury fashion.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Support E-Commerce NA team across key functions: Merchandising, Operations and Guest Services.
• Assist in merchandise product ranking on the e-commerce site to optimize sales and conversion rates.
• Support weekly reporting tasks and analysis of KPIs and merchandising effectiveness.
• Maintain and organize the merchandising section of the E-Commerce NA Activation Calendar.
