Job summary

SQA Services, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Inspector Level -1 (E-certs Specialist) for a 6+ month contract at our client facility in Woodinville, WA.

This full-time, first-shift role (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) focuses on aerospace e-Cert documentation and quality inspection, requiring ITAR compliance and strong communication skills. Experience with AS9102 and blueprint reading is highly valued, with preference for aerospace standards and electronic quality systems expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience reading aerospace blueprints and drawings.
• AS9102 knowledge or exposure is highly preferred.
• E-Cert documentation in aerospace is required.
• ITAR compliance is mandatory.
• Ability to work with electronic quality systems and digital records.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Review completed e-Cert packages for hardware components, subassemblies and final assemblies.
• Verify records, test results, and manufacturing certifications for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify missing or incorrect documentation and records.
• Confirm signatures, timestamps, approvals and workflow steps.
• Ensure certification packages meet customer and internal requirements.
• Handle First Article Documentation tasks.

We are seeking multiple dedicated and highly skilled Mechanical Inspector Level -1 (E- certs Specialist) to join our team and support inspection at our client's facility in Woodinville, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality inspection, particularly in the aerospace industry. Must have E-certs documentation experience in the Aerospace industry. This is a 6+month Contract position in which you will be working full-time on first shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm).

Responsibilities

• Review completed e-Cert packages for hardware components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Verify that required inspection records, test results, manufacturing certifications, and nonconformance documentation are complete and accurate.
• Identify missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect documentation and records.
• Verify that required signatures, timestamps, approvals, and workflow steps have been properly completed.
• Ensure certification packages meet applicable customer and internal quality requirements.
• First Article Documentation

• Must have understanding or experience with Blueprint reading
