Job summary

Whizz Inc in Miami, FL is seeking experienced Bike Mechanics for a part-time role to support our growing e-bike delivery fleet. You will assemble, inspect, and repair bikes in a busy workshop, with emphasis on electrical systems and customer-ready performance.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21-$23, training provided, PTO, quarterly bonuses, and flexible 8-hour shifts. Weekdays and weekends availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bicycle Mechanic, with electric bicycles, including assembly and maintenance.
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Availability on weekdays and weekends.
• Bicycle Mechanic certification is a plus – show us your skills!

Responsibilities

• Assemble new e-bikes with precision in our workshop environment
• Diagnose and fix mechanical or electrical issues on the bikes, ensuring optimal performance of our e-bike fleet.
• Maintain our bike fleet through systematic inspections and routine maintenance.
• Perform express bike repairs, prioritizing timely solutions for our delivery drivers.
