Job summary

ASEC is seeking a Mission Systems Program Analyst to support the E‑6B Mercury program at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The role focuses on technical and programmatic support for mission-critical aircraft systems and modernization efforts.

You will collaborate with government, contractor, and fleet stakeholders, assess performance, identify risks, and prepare briefing materials to advance program objectives. On-site work required with Secret/Top Secret eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in DoD acquisition, aviation, mission systems, test and evaluation, or systems integration.
• Knowledge of E‑6B aircraft systems and mission operations.
• Ability to analyze technical information and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support E‑6B Mercury program with technical and programmatic tasks.
• Assess system performance and modernization efforts.
• Identify operational risks and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with government, contractor, and fleet stakeholders.
• Prepare briefings and technical documentation.
• Participate in SETR events and technical interchange meetings.
