Job summary

ASEC, Inc. is seeking a Mission Systems Program Analyst at NAS Patuxent River, MD to support the E-6B Mercury aircraft program within PMA-271.

You will provide technical and programmatic support for mission-critical aircraft systems, focusing on performance, readiness, and modernization efforts. You will work with government, contractor, and fleet stakeholders to assess system performance, address risks, and implement improvements that enhance mission effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD acquisition, aviation, mission systems, test and evaluation, or system integration.
• Ability to analyze technical information and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience participating in technical meetings, reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
• Experience with DoD procurement processes and SETrs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate plans and system data to identify deficiencies and risks affecting mission readiness.
• Analyze information and recommend corrective actions to improve flight performance and safety.
• Support system modernization initiatives and upgrades for operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, test, fleet, and program office personnel.
• Provide programmatic and technical support for VLF communications efforts.
• Prepare briefings, status reports, and technical documentation.
• Serve as liaison among stakeholders to facilitate communication and execution.
