Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Project Manager for the E-6B IMMC MRO program in Lake Charles, LA.

This role leads cross-functional teams across engineering, subcontracts, and operations to deliver cost and schedule performance while meeting technical requirements. The position requires a STEM Bachelor's (master's preferred), 5–8+ years in aviation/project management, and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Aviation/project-management experience strongly preferred.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

This position will be located onsite in Lake Charles, LA.**This is NOT a Manager role, you will manage the Projects within the IMMC MRO.As the MRO Project Manager you will have cost, schedule, and technical responsibility for key E-6 MRO elements. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
