Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience as an E-3 Simulator Operator, or three years in related roles (Weapons Controller, ABM, or fighter pilot) within the last five years.
• Must qualify in accordance with contractor-created, government-approved training program.
• Performance evaluations conducted annually.
• Training records maintained IAW AFI 33-322 and AFI 33-364.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or immigrant eligible for or previously held a U.S. security clearance.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Mission Crew Training System (MCTS), supporting all three simulators.
• Operate E-3 mission crew training simulators and assist during instructional events.
• Maintain operator qualification and training records.
