Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated DZ Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Barrie, Ontario from Monday-Friday starting at 9:00am. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Safely transporting customers' vehicles from point of pick up to the branch
  • Maintain accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructions
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation
  • Performing labouring tasks that may include depollution, tire dismounting, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities
  • Providing our customers with excellent customer service!

Qualifications
To join our team:

  • Valid DZ driver's license with a clean driving abstract and CVOR
  • Valid Tow Driver certification
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures
  • Ability to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
